All surgeries are performed as day surgery. We do not accept admission (including one-day hospitalization).

My number card, insurance card, etc., beneficiary ID, letter of introduction from a medical institution (only for those who have it), medicine notebook (ophthalmology and all other medical departments)
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time to create your medical record.
On the day of your appointment, your eyes may be opened for the examination, so please refrain from driving yourself to the appointment.
If you wish to have surgery, you will be able to know the surgery fee on the spot if you have your My Number card. Please feel free to bring your own.

In addition, if you wish to have a medical examination on the day due to sudden deterioration of symptoms, please come to the hospital by 10:30 am.

The appointment time of our hospital is the time when the examination starts. When all the tests are completed, we will call you to see the doctor in the order of appointment.
Even if you arrive before the reserved time, the inspection will start on time, so please wait until the reserved time.
Second opinion
If you consult with our doctor about the diagnosis and treatment policy of the medical condition during or after treatment at a medical institution (present doctor) other than our clinic, it will be a second opinion consultation.
In this case, please let us know when you make an appointment. In addition, please bring the information provided by your present doctor at the time of examination.
Please note that all medical examinations related to the second opinion will be at your own expense(Health insurance does not cover.).
We do not accept any second opinion consultations by phone.
Even if you visit us without preparing the medical information provision form by your present doctor, we may consider it as a second opinion consultation. In this case, we will make a consultation reservation on another day.
